    Default PUSH/PULL split

Has anyone tried this split, doing all push exercices one day, and all the pulls another.

I have never done so but have come across many articles on the subject/way of training.

I have done it for a while but I think we need a new routine

It's an optimal way to train, helps with recovery, and is the most simplest system used by many of the most successfull training programs, including the basic DC splits.

    Chest/Shoulders/Tris
    Back/Traps/Bis
    Legs

I do it from time to time, when I'm not incorporating too many movements. Right now though I'm on the old school Yates split, which is a little different.

I train around the 3 Powerlifts.

    Which basically equates to this:

    Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Tris
    Wednesday: Legs
    Friday: Back/Traps/Bis then bar lol
