let me introduce myself, I am a personal trainer and aerobics instructor and I just stumbled across this site and noticed the great prices. I post quite a bit at bodybuilding.com (they sell supplements but do not great prices for us Canadians ie. shipping). Anyways, is this forum quite active, because i do not see a lot of posts.
