hi
i know that NO-XPLODE has to be taken before work out but can i still take Glutime and protine after work out? or would it be too much?

protein and ther glutamine are a MUST post workout if you want to build muscle and recover faster :) NO Xplode is awesome i tried it myself, but doesnt replace good ole' protein and glutamine :)

take some explode before and some allmax glutamine and syntha 6 after, works for me, have gained 10 lbs since iv been on that combo ;)
