more of a rant then anything else, but why does svn always give out free large or extra large t-shirts, i mean, not all of us are already huge, but where workin on it. Its deff nice to open up the box and see some free stuff tho, so keep it up :)

Most suppliers only print shirts in one size or two, large or x-large.

haha, well im 150, and usualy wear tight clothes to the clubs (small) and when I need something lose, i use medium, i think im a ways away from filling the large and extra large t-shirts we got, hehe!

It all comes with consistency. Stay focused. Before you know it all those large tees will be tight.

Just remember Rome wasn't built in a day. Greatness takes time. Hard work, patience, and consistency goes a long way.

SVN is right with being positive. Building a physique your proud of takes hard work and dedication. It also takes a strong mind. You need to be focused 24/7.

We got some BSN ones last time, their pretty nice, but just much to big for me to wear, i just passed em on to a friend :).. wouldnt mind getting a medium one tho!

From the looks of the website looks like the BSN tees only come in large and x-large. Time to grow my friend. :)

Maybe place a nice order and put some comments about your shirt size during the checkout process and maybe the "boss man" will be generous. :) You never know.

hehe Just did actualy, all out of protein, and I liked the syntha 6 samples we got, where pretty damn tasty, so ordered some and some protein for a bud :)
