This stuff is pretty good. We both gained about 5 lbs in a weeks time. It gives alot of energy and gets you phyced out for your workout. It is pretty good for the price!

Has anyone else ever tried this stuff? I was just wondering why the warning on the label says, DO NOT SHAKE, haha i find its kinda funny. And do not mix it with rockstar, it tends to explode, lol.

Careful when shaking a NO Xplode or similar product, they xplode and make a mess. Gently shake and gently open.

I've been using it off and on for about 6 months now and had no complaints. Just read the directions and you should have no issues. You do become used to it after a while and may have to up the scoop to get the desired results but just go off of it for a few weeks and then go back on.
The only thing that I do differently that what it tells me on the package, is that I mix more water with the powder.
I mix in a Nalgene bottle about 1 scoop to 300-400 mL of water, it goes down pretty good and 30 minutes later when I'm at the gym I'm good to go.
The "Do Not Shake" is if you are mixing it in a sealable container. The gasses being realeased while mixing and shaking can cause the container to potentially rupture.
Stirred, Not shaken ;)

Mattyorke,
You should take a break every 3 months from NO products like NOXPLODE (https://www.svncanada.com/cart_product.php?id=138&type=1) for optimal effects. Your body will get use to it after a while and you will find it not as effective. I always recommend on the month off trying Star Chem Labs Armageddon (https://www.svncanada.com/cart_product.php?id=1044&type=1) which will give you the vascularity, full body pumps and increase muscle size and strength without the use of NO.

No-xplode isn't a creatine as much as it is a pre-workout. The creatine is very under dosed. It has a lot of caffeine and that's “energy” you feel after taking it. It also has N.O. in it (obviously). If you're going to take it I'd stack it with a bulk mono.

Gladly appriciate your input and I guess I should be a little more clear when I say "on and off for about 6 months"
What I do, and it's strictly personal preferance, is on for a month, and off for a month and I seem to like it. I don't get too dependant on it.
To be really honnest with you, I've switched to Gaspari's Super Pump250. Just started using it a few days ago.

is it a pre-workout no2 that you are looking for like xplode etc? i would say to try a t N02 products in the pill form. they can be very effective in leaning out and can be stacked with a pre-workout as well . You could try ALLMAX NOK2 (180caps) ..... this is prob the most reasonably priced and the reviews on it have been great.
Yea like a pre work-out N.O.... just want something that well make me workout harder with better pumps.....but nothing that well make me retain water. do pills work better then powder?

well hard to say, the pills are taken throughout the day for longer lasting pumps but may not give you much energy. As we were talking in the other post about nutrabolics, you may want to try the NOZ IV as it doesnt contain any creatine. although most preworkout powders do, generally there is not alot of creatine in them. However, some may find that even in smaller amounts they may hold a bit of water on them. then there are guy that may lean out pretty good on ones like the xplode or the superpump to name a couple. If the water retention is an important issue for you, i would suggest lookin for somethin that doesn't contain any creatine. The pills may be a good choice to even stack with a pre-workout like the IV....... One of the pill form i may suggest would be the Axis Labs Hemodrolix. Although it contains no caffeine i have heard from many that have tried it that they definately feel great pumps and some energy here is the link if you wanted to give it a look ........

I think im going to start with FUBAR as a pre-work out then go from there, say's it gives you energy for a crazy workout? then all look at that NoZ IV when its a little more cost freindly!

I found that with both N.O.3 Overload and NO Explode that they wear off after continuous use; NO3 faster than NO. However, I have found that they all work pretty well. Today I am going to try NO Plasmacore from Muscle Asylum Project to see what it's like and then NOZ IV; Nutrabolics is supposedly one of the top tier companies.
I've used NO-Xplode on the Mass Stack and it worked wonderfully but you build up a resistance to it quickly just like most designer creatine products.
If you are going to supplement with creatine just stick with normal creatine monohydrate guys 4-6 grams a day.

Overrated product... also tvery weak blend ,,,,you'd have to take a truck load to have any effect after only a month of taking it. Also has alot of fillers, magnesiums (which will make you sh*ttt), food colouring, just a bad product in general. Save your money. Straight creatine mono is a much better muscle building product than this and is significantly cheaper.
