Hey im 20 and im a hard gainer....been focusing on eating good food and lots of it...im lifting 4 times a week and cant seem to gain any muscle size or much strength...only thing i find i can easily gain is fat.

I take whey maxx on a regular basis and also the odd tub of monster maxx as well as a multi vitamin. I have also gone through 4 or 5 cycles/tubs of superpump250. (i dont plan on taking superpump anymore as it hasnt done much for me)

I want to step it up a bit and for the next 6 months focus entirely on putting on some size.

along with making sure im eating big and getting my protein shakes down im thinking of trying a couple new things...i know it wont help me as much as someone older because my test levels are probably pretty good but ill give it a shot.

Im thinking about T-BOL or CMI Anabolic signal. Ive heard good things about both but im looking for your opinions on what would be best with my situation. I think the CMI product would be good because it has the estrogen blocker and it may help me with my man titties!

I was also thinking of maybe stacking ZMA with it.

Have you tried taking any creatine products? something you may also want to try as it will definately help in the size and strength department. A few suggestions would be

Those are just to name a few that are great for putting on some size, speeding up recovery without gaining a lot of unwanted weight.

Whichever one you do choose, try to do a full 8 week cycle as they tend to work best on the 4th-8th week :)

ZMA is a good choice for anyone to take, help to recover muscle faster, sleep great and also boost your anabolic levels while you are sleeping.
