I started using Dymatize Elite Whey about 6 months ago, it was mostly just a change from the regular Optimum I was using.

I usually go with a 5lbs tub of Chocolate Flavor. The flavor is like no other, it tastes great and even has a great smell to it and the powder is very fine, it is very versatile, mixes easy into my morning oatmeal, with a shaker cup, or even with liquid egg whites, which is a personal breafast shake I use.

Overall I think it's a great powder, nothing to really complain about, it is very easy on my digestive system as well and contains a digestive enzyme matrix called Zytrix. It is supposed to increase the uptake of the protein and also help with digestability and I think it does the job well, considering I usually get a stomach ache from other powders.

Definatly a top quality product, that I will continue to use as part of my nutrition program. Give it a try.

I've been lookin to make a switch from ON's whey as well.

I was thinking rather the Dymatize Elite or Allmax Allwhey. Have you tried any of the other flavors? Do you like Dymatize over Optimum? Have you tried the Allmax product?

Thanks Bro

Allwey is definetley the worst of the 3 because its all mostly Whey protein Concentrate, where optimum and Dymatizes are mainly Whey isolate I like the ON better though

I only use chocolate becuase I find it's versatile for me when it comes to different types of shakes, mixing with oatmeal , etc, but I hear the other flavours by Dymatize are very good as well.

I prefer the Dymatize over Optimum, although they are almost an identical product.

Ya, I usually stick with chocolate; it's the safe bet. One of the biggest thing that I look for in a protein powder is its ability to mix in water with a spoon; ON's works well. Maybe I'll try the Dymatize Whey, next time around.

I have tried Chocolate, Vanilla, Chocolate Mint, Butter Cream Toffee and Cafe Mocha of Elite Whey Protein. I found them to be all flavored very well.

Dymatize now has a Chocolate Fudge flavour out, I'd like to try that one out also when it comes available.

Has anyone ever used Dymatize Elite 12hour? would this be a good choice for someone looking to lose some weight but put on muscle? rather then taking a isolate or complex? thanks for any help...

the 12 hour is a great choice as a protein for leaning out and building muscle. it can be taken at night before bed for an all night protein release or even during the day and post workout. I prefer a pure iso after a workout as it is the fastest to get to the muscles but the 12 hour would work too. hope this helps

I found, however, that the Dymatize Elite 12 Hour didn't mix as well as the normal Elite Isolate. It could have been a fault on my part, so I'll end up trying it again once I'm done my Elite Isolate.
