This is my first post on this site. I am hoping to get some educated and useful answers.

I have been overweight my whole life. The heaviest I know of was around 265 lbs. I have been working for about 5 or six years now at educating myself, and eating and working my way to a healthier life. Last year I did reach as low as 187 pounds. Shortly after I relocated for work, during which I spent two months living in a hotel and got back up to around 220 lbs. I have now gotten down to around 198 and am struggling to get anywhere else.

I noticed I gained weight back differently. I gained most of my weight and have the hardest time now with my mid-section. My big problem, and one I have been struggling with my entire life, is my fantastic man boobs. I have been so self conscious my whole life. It has impacted my life in every way.

Early last year I found myself dropping anywhere from 1 to 5 pounds each week, before I left on a trip to Cuba. That was before my relocation for work. At that time I was hitting the gym 7 days a week sometimes twice a day. At that time I was doing whole body workouts and hours of cardio.

Nowadays I lean towards muscle group workouts (back/chest, bis + tris/abs, and shoulders/legs). I am finally finding some results with size and strength. I am still struggling on the mid section and my chest for fat loss. I believe I am losing fat from my titties but it is hard to judge because my chest is getting larger and harder at the same time.

I currently take super pump and glutamine for preworkout, and isomax and glutamine for postworkout. I am quite disappointed with Superpump. If what I am getting are "muscle pumps", then I have been misidentifying them as cramps for years. LOL And yes I do drink more than enough water. I find with this, the only benefit or weight losses are due to its diuretic abilities. And perhaps I could push myself more at the gym if it didn't make me feel light headed to the point of wanting to pass out. Oh, and if at any point you want a supplement that will increase flaccidity, Superpump is for you.

I want to know if anyone has any advice on what might be a good supplement or stack for increased energy and gains (I am wondering about Allmax Muscle Prime), fat burners, and, I am interested in any advice and knowledge of estrogen blockers, in regards to water retention and breast tissue. I want to do as much as I can in the next few months for this problem as I am planning on going to a plastic surgeon for male breast reduction surgery. So the more I can do now the cheaper and easier it will be. I know I have a great base and I just need for it to show through.

Any words of advice and help in the way of product reviews would be more than appreciated.

Thanks in advance

breat tissue, could be gyno. BUT before i make assumptions maybe you should try cutting, hard.dont try to eat as little as you can. your body will eat your muscles. after 5 to 6 years of working hard to gain strength and lose fat i would imagine you would know how to customize your diet to under your maintenance level and take the appropriate supplements to maintain your muscle, but since you're cutting your bound to lose a little bit. right now, im using an EC stack. i dont recommend it for older people though. unless they are super healthy. but for me, i am definately getting leaner then i was before. for strength gains, eat big to get big! but at the same time obviously you would want good calories. before you workout, carbs up! lift big and you should see some gains. also, if you dont already know, mixing up workouts is an excellent way to receive gains.

for the 'breasts' i suggest you try and cut your weight. Get rid of sweets, alcohol, pop, snacks, etc. If however, you actually have gyno, ie itchy nipples, hard gland behind the nipple, puffiness then I would talk to your doctor about taking nolvadex which is an estrogen blocker usually used as a post cycle therapy drug for users coming off AAS. But reports have shown that it reduces gyno.

best of luck
