Ascenta Nutrasea Original vs High Potency

I am interested in this product, but not sure whether to go with the original formula or high potency.

What is your reason for taking this product? ie. Omega 3 supplement? Medical, Health reason?

Mainly for my joints as I have had multiple surgeries on my right knee. I have tried glucosamine pills and liquid form, but they haven't made a difference.
