Its really good it has Beta Alanine which gives you really good endurance, helps with muscle cramps, good energy although there is NO caffeine, 3 Creatines, good pre and post workout. 4 grams of Arginine, Its great for recovery. Its a great product. :)

I've used it as a pre-workout supplement. It was pretty good, definatly noticed a few extra reps in the gym and pretty good pumps.

Id swear the guys from buckleys thought up this product, because it is the worst tasting supplement out of any out there I could swear. BUT IT DOES WORK, I split the doses in half once one hour before my workout and the rest immediately after.
It has three different typs of creatine, a no complex of arginines, beta alanine and a number of assorted compounds. check out beta-k from ultimate also very good product, if you are already using a no product. I heard horsepower was coming out in pill form any news on that?

No, no abnormal bloating, and actually the serving of creatine is not the huge I think it is something like 3.5 grams in total also.
