Just keep eating, most of the test boosters out there only come in handy if you already have pre-existing low levels of test or coming off a cycle, if you want to try something out though Gaspari's Novadex XT is a good product that seems to give decent results. Also ZMA supps seem to show results in some people. Personally I'd just invest in more quality protein supplementation and food, your test levels are probably already high enough.

ZMA is a scientifically designed anabolic mineral formula. It contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6, and is an all-natural product that has been clinically proven to significantly increase anabolic hormone levels and muscle strength in trained athletes.

I'm 36 and have tried a few different test boosters and have cycled at various lengths for each of them from 4-8weeks. Tried Novedex XT, Pronabolin, Anabolic Signal. I also stack everything with 1500 mg of straight Trib during my cycles.
I've put on a bit of weight and have experienced various levels of increased muscle hardness with each. Problem now is I'm plateuing.
Would like any advice or personal experiences of non-prohormone non-steroid test boosters or estrogen blockers that anyone would be kind enough to share and/or recommend.
I take in appropriate amts. of whey isolate, and mass shakes and follow a strict diet with intake Q 2-3 hrs. to keep the metabolism revving.
I always practice the cores in squats, deadlifts, and benches with complimentary weight exercises. I never go over 1.25 hrs. of weights/session and rest responsibly between workout days. Any recommendations truly appreciated.

ZMA does nothing more than give you a better sleep, and some experience more "vivid" dreams. Aside from that it has no testosterone boosting capabilities that it has been said to produce (unfortunate but true).

A Divanil based testosterone booster will give someone of you are some benefit, although it wouldn't be as significant as for someone 30+. The purpose of these products (ie. T-BOL, Activate Extreme) is to boost your free testosterone (don't get this confused with total testosterone).

In some cases gaining more free testosterone can slightly (very insignicantly) lower total testosterone, but most of these products also contain ingredients to prevent this, and/or also boost total test.

IMO, try a 4 week cycle and see how it works for you, everyone is different. And just so you no, incase you are unaware, these are non hormonal so they won't mess you up.

hope this helped, goodluck

Tribulus is a joke (sorry to say), all it does is help your libido, but does not increase test or benefit you in weight lifting whatsoever.

Since you already have some experience I recommend you this...

If you just finished one of these cycles, take 4 weeks off..

Then buy a quality test booster such as T-bol or Activate Xteme (cheaper but still very good), and run it for 8 weeks. 4 weeks won't give you the full extent of its benefits. Thus, you will need 2 bottles of either, since both are a month supply.

Follow the dosage as recommended.

Also, if you want (I have found this to be a quality stack in the past) add in 1 bottle of Novedex XT at 1 cap per night.

This is probably the best stack you can use before dipping into prohormones.

Hope this helped, goodluck.

P.S. you can buy all these products directly from this site, a luxury that does not come with other Canadian supplement sites, seeing as how Novedex is now banned from Canada. (Don't worry its only because our government suck=P)
